About Bayou Rosa

Bayou Rosa is a Native-owned oyster company. Our family has worked these waters for generations, from wild harvest to today’s cage-grown oysters. We use our farm to do more than grow shellfish,we teach coastal Native foodways, Houma history, and the living culture that still thrives along the bayou.
